At Pressed Graphics & Designs, we are committed to delivering exceptional craftsmanship, quality products, and outstanding customer service. To ensure transparency throughout the ordering process, please review the following policies before placing your order.

Order Processing & Shipping

Orders are shipped Mondays and Thursdays only.

Orders fulfilled after 5:00 PM (ET) on a scheduled shipping day may not be included in that day's shipment and will be processed during the next scheduled shipping cycle.

Shipping timeframes provided at checkout are estimates and begin once your order has been completed and shipped. Delivery times are determined by the selected carrier and are outside of our control.

Certain custom, bulk, or specialty orders may require up to 8 weeks for production and fulfillment. Estimated completion dates are provided as a courtesy and may change based on order complexity, material availability, or production volume.

Production Timeline

Production does not begin until all of the following have been received and approved:

  • Full payment (unless otherwise agreed upon)

  • Final artwork approval

  • Any required customer-provided files, logos, or assets

Delays in approvals or missing information may result in delayed production and shipping.

Custom Design Services

Whether you're starting with a simple idea or need a fully custom design, we're happy to help bring your vision to life.

Design Consultation

A design consultation is available at $28.00 per hour for customers seeking creative direction, concept development, branding guidance, or project planning.

Custom Design Fee

Projects requiring original artwork are subject to a $250 Custom Design Fee, which includes up to 4 hours of design work.

Additional design time beyond the initial four hours will be billed at $50.00 per hour. Any additional charges will be discussed with and approved by the customer before work continues.

Design time may include, but is not limited to:

  • Concept development

  • Artwork creation

  • Logo recreation

  • Revisions requested beyond the original scope

  • File preparation for production

  • Mockups and proof creation

Design Policy

Custom design work is a creative service and is therefore non-refundable.

Once design work has begun, design fees will not be refunded regardless of whether the customer chooses to proceed with production.

Final production will not begin until artwork has been reviewed and approved by the customer.

Artwork & Color Variations

Customers are responsible for reviewing all proofs carefully before approval.

Pressed Graphics & Designs is not responsible for errors, including spelling, grammar, colors, sizing, or placement, once artwork has been approved.

Due to differences in monitor settings, printing processes, fabrics, materials, and lighting conditions, slight color variations between digital proofs and finished products are normal and should be expected.

Customer-Supplied Items

Customers providing their own garments or products acknowledge that decorating customer-supplied items carries inherent risk.

Pressed Graphics & Designs is not responsible for damage resulting from manufacturing defects, hidden flaws, or material incompatibility during the decorating process.

Returns & Cancellations

At Pressed Graphics & Designs, each order is crafted specifically for you. Because the majority of our products are custom-made or personalized, all sales are considered final.

Cancellation requests submitted before production begins may be approved at our discretion. Once an order has entered production, it may still be canceled upon request; however, all payments are non-refundable. This policy reflects the design time, production labor, materials, and resources dedicated to creating your custom order.

Due to the personalized nature of our products, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds unless an error or manufacturing defect is the result of Pressed Graphics & Designs. If we determine that a mistake was made on our part, we will work with you to provide an appropriate resolution.
